This town is in New Jersey and is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Walkable from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 25-30 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into midtown Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. Supermarkets / food stores and a large variety of shopping 1 block from the apartment. Lots of restaurants walking distance. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s 10 minutes by car. We came into town to watch a comedy show at Radio City. We wanted to stay on the NJ side to get more value for our money. Before checkin we had lunch at a local bakery that was delicious! We ate there on Sunday morning too before we departed. Getting into Mignon's place was a piece of cake, she set expectations early and often and provided clear communications throughout. She has an incredible content creator room! Before we departed for the day we gassed up the ring light and took some high quality group pics. Mignon's location is excellent! Very quite street, walkable and easy pick up / drop off. On our first day we took a 15 minute stroll down to the pier and caught the ferry to spend the day in NYC. By the end of the day we opted for an Uber back to Hoboken for dinner and drinks. Uber wasn't too expensive (around $50-60). The beds and apartment were very comfortable. Mignon has thought of everything! The water pressure in the place in excellent and the shower is glorius!

Best place I’ve ever stayed. It was beautifully designed, clean, and so comfortable. The attention to detail was INSANE and I could not stop smiling. Such a great location and will definitely be staying again next time I’m in the area. Cannot recommend enough.

The Pink Dreamhouse is a fabulous place to stay! The apartment has a nice layout & was extremely clean upon our arrival. There was more than enough room for 4 of us. 2 bathrooms was a must & both were nicely stocked. The towels & linens were soft too. The WiFi worked great. We appreciated the noise curfew. The decor is both adorable & stylish. The location is great & set in a neighborhood that had everything we needed. Try Dulce De Leche Bakery if you have the time. We took a 10 min Uber ride to the Port Imperial/Weehawken ferry terminal 3 times. Each experience getting to & from NYC was pleasant & easy. Mignon is an amazing host! She answered all of my questions before & during our trip with detail. She was timely & friendly with her responses. She went out of her way to make our stay a perfect one. You can tell she cares about her property & her guests. Thanks for hosting us & we will look forward to another opportunity to visit in the future!

This was our 1st time coming to New York! We were a group of 4...grandparents, 19 yr old granddaughter and me in-between. Accommodating our needs of personal space, bathrooms and not breaking the bank while doing was definitely a challenge. When I came across Mignon's pink place it ticked off all the boxes, but definitely a little hesitant of all the pink!! This place had it all and the pink charm was so cute and Grandpa had a kick out of it too!! Bed were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast meals and 2 bathrooms!!! New Jersey is a bit of a distance to DT, but we figured out busing and subway in the day and then used Lyft or Revel home at night(Uber was always $20+ more every time so check options before you book) Dunkin' Donuts was an easy 5min walk for morning coffee. Grocery store right around the corner! I hope to come back again as NY was so fun and so much to see and do! Andrea - Canadian crew

If you love pink, you’ll love Mignon’s pink palace. Very well furnished place and lots of attention to detail. Lovely place! Also both bathroom floors are radiant heated.

We loved this cute apartment! It was very clean. The neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate. It was a nice and relaxing place to come “home” to while a day out and about and about in NYC. Mignon was so sweet, responsive and helpful when it came to asking her about how to get places. Overall, I rate it well over a 10! 💕

This apartment had me the little 90s Barbie pink fantasy girl in me screaming with excitement! It was the cutest, most thoughtful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. As a business owner, I am admittedly hard to please. However, I was appreciative of every detail Mignon thought of- from the binder of local recommendations to the color coordinated dish soap on the kitchen counter. Each room is temperature controlled. The floors in both bathrooms are heated. It really is a pink dream apartment, with incredible customer service which is very important to me. She was even thoughtful & lovely enough to gift me pink birthday roses upon arrival! Before leaving, I tried her local recommendation of Brownstone Pancake Factory and lovedddd it. We also walked the block and met the friendliest locals, with close access to convenience stores. My girls and I were so in love, we vowed to come back here whenever we travel to NY. I'm so happy to have found this place. Thank you Mignon for a special birthday!

We had a great stay at Mignon‘s place. Convenient location. The bus was around the corner on the main intersection and took you directly into New York for port authority/Times Square in less than 45 mins. Felt safe. We appreciated the local recommendations for breakfast spots and restaurants. There is an amazing Cuban restaurant right around the corner we actually ate dinner twice there. Delicious Colombian breakfast a few blocks down the major intersection around the corner from her place.Migñon‘s place was great, very clean and as described. We really enjoyed staying in a unique Airbnb where everything was pink and gold! The beds were very comfortable, she left extra linens and I definitely appreciated the sitting table with amazing lighting to get ready. Was stocked with coffee and some water bottles which we greatly appreciated to get our morning started. I would highly recommend booking her place. I did extensive research and reviews of other spots and I’m glad that I booked here.

Our family had a lovely stay here. A lot of thought and effort has been put into this place by the owners. The instructions on how to get there and how to access the apartment were very clear. The space itself was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The hosts provided a binder of local recommendations and information, and we're very responsive, kind, and proactive. The neighborhood is very walkable, with shops, restaurants, and a couple small grocery stores. Not too far away is the Lincoln Tunnel; providing easy access to Manhattan when we needed to go into the city. Definitely a hidden gem. 💎
